She has a doctorate in mental health from Cairo University. She worked as a professor in the Faculty of Basic Education and the Faculty of Business Studies. Professional Consultant in Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Organization for Training and Consultancy, Member of the Training Institute – Community Institute for National Training, Member of the Committee for Application of Form C in the Civil Service Bureau (which relates to the development of human development and self-development of the employee) An accredited trainer in the Arab Board, an accredited American Council for Accredited Certification (ACAC) and a member of the Kuwaiti Human Rights Society. It has also provided numerous publications and training courses.
